Welcome to CNF (Cruise n Fun)! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and the services we provide (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using CNF.fun, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Overview

CNF is a multivendor platform that connects users with vendors who offer boats, snowmobiles, and other recreational vehicles for hourly rental. CNF provides the booking infrastructure and support, while each vendor is responsible for their own listings, equipment, and services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

  • Agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CNF account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Not impersonate another person or entity.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed via our secure checkout process.

  • Pricing: Prices are set by individual vendors and may include additional fees (e.g., for a captain, fuel, or extra guests).

  • Partial Payments: Some bookings may require a mandatory deposit (e.g., 50%) with the balance due at or before the time of service.

  • CNF Commission: CNF retains a commission from vendor payouts, agreed upon during vendor registration.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers:

  • You may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy listed on the product page.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the vendor’s cancellation terms and may include non-refundable fees.

Vendors:

  • Vendors must adhere to their cancellation policies.

  • In cases of no-shows or last-minute cancellations without cause, vendors may forfeit part or all of their earnings.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

  • Ensure their listings are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Maintain all required licenses, registrations, and insurance.

  • Guarantee the safety and readiness of their boats or snowmobiles.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and booking requests.

  • Not circumvent CNF’s platform for off-site transactions.

CNF reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these terms or receive repeated customer complaints.

7. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Comply with all local boating/snowmobiling laws and regulations.

  • Return rented equipment in the condition received.

  • Refrain from reckless behavior or operating equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Assume full responsibility for any damage caused during the rental period.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • CNF acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to the rental agreements between users and vendors.

  • CNF does not own or operate the listed rental equipment and cannot guarantee the condition or safety of any vehicle.

  • Users agree to release CNF from liability for damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from vendor services or customer actions.

  • Use of our Platform is at your own risk.

9. Insurance and Damage

  • Vendors are required to have appropriate insurance for all listed equipment.

  • Customers are financially liable for any damage caused during the rental period.

  • CNF is not responsible for resolving damage claims but may assist in mediation where possible.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

CNF reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without notice if:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.

  • The safety of other users is at risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the CNF Platform, including text, logos, images, and code, is the property of CNF or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Quebec, Canada.

14. Modifications

CNF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
